John this is awful! I do hope they come back to you soon, and that it will be a glass half full sort of news.

Have they given a timescale for deciding?? Waiting till a deadline is bad enough but when the deadline keeps moving away when you approach must be terrible.
Discharged today the 8th feb 2012. View is much brighter now.

Hi

No a timescale has not been put on it it is just wait for the creditors response to the proposal. It is a slow process and I will call the IP back before end of business today if I have not heard anything. I am still preparing for a nil point.

Thanks

Sounds a bit weird to me. Date and time are fixed in stone for the meeting. What has happened? Has it been adjourned?

Hi All

Just a post to try to act as a stress release, we are in an IVA proposal and have a slight deferment until Monday for some of our creditors to consider further the proposal. My point is it is strssing us out, and with the weekedn ahead of us we will be round the bend by Monday, any tips or advice will be appreciated.

Thanks

John

It was originally to be Thursday but has been adjourned until tomorrow. Hopefully all will be well and John can get on with his life.
