I have had more than enough of the outfit who are supposedly running my IVA. sent a letterwith full and final offer in mid december, i rang them a month later to find out what was going on. they knew nothing, then rang me back to say they had found the letter and would pass it on to the variations team, whatever they might do. Anyway 3 weeks and no further word. I will have 2 payments remaining after the 8-2-11, if they carry on like this i will have completed before the creditiors get a chance to see my offer. I have been up front all through the IVA and it has run like clockwork. I have declared that i have been made redundant and have £34000 in the bank. I have no intention of contacting them again, i pay a lot of fees for them to do the leg work. What happens if the IVA completes before they have got their fingers out? where do i stand.

Thanks......Howard

Hi and welcome.

Sorry that your full and final has been a pain, but I can't understand why you would have put one forward when you were almost at the end of your IVA. By the time a variation meeting had been called you would be so close to completing.

If you finish paying before the F&F is agreed then I assume the IVA will complete.

Kallis,

I made an offer at a time when there was enough time for it to be put to my creditors. I have no intention of the IVA failing, so i stuck to the rules. Cos the IP outfit are crap and incompetent the creditors may never get to see my offer, because once my IVA completes as far as i can see i have done nothing wrong, so i get to keep ALL the spoils and all offers are off. I would like to see the creditors faces when i explain what has happened and just look at what you could have won as Jim Bowen would have said
