I sent a letter to my IVA company about still being chased by two creditors and my name not being on the insolvency register, today i got everything back saying received and copied so hopefully the wheels are in motion and someone is onto it! However since then ive checked my credit file and i noticed my IVA isnt on there either. I think ill wait it out for a week and see if anything changes.
