Thanks LoubyLou
I think sometimes you begin to realise how difficult things can be for us all and it was nice for Melanie to acknowledge that. I am sure IP's that don't post on here have no idea of the reality of our lives.

Have a good Weekend

Couldn't agree more. It's hard to determine between a job and real life sometimes, I know sometimes in work you are just a robot spitting out the "text" but on here I really feel they do understand.

You have a good weekend too x

Thanks Loubylou and Jan,

I was thinking more of a bin bag rather than a doggy bag!

You are both so right I worry about how we will cope, but it has to be better than the old ways, ways which I will never get into again.

I have had a real heart to heart this evening with our daughter, just told her what she needed to know, we told her that mum and dad needs to start saving for things we need, she was so kind she said it's ok mum I will save my pocket money if I went new clothes, heartbreaking I fell like Ive let her down[:(]

I will make it up to her in five years when everything I buy her will be from hard earned cash - not credit.

x

Oh Trina this is so upsetting to hear, but children are resiliant (can't spell) and tonight when I was at my worst crying stage in the arms of my partner my 2 year old came in and said mummy I love you so why are you crying, he gave me the biggest hug and kiss. I hope he will understand one day.

Love x

Trina and Loubylou

You are not letting your children down far from it you love them which is worth more that any things you can buy, and you will teach them the value of money and see them grow up solvent. They will also value far more the little treats you can give them. Children don't need stuff they need love and mum and dad who are happy and not worried to bits.

he will loubylou, just like our our daughter. Just think in another few weeks when hopefully our IVA's have been accepted we will have passed all the crying stage and surely we will all be more positive facing the next five years.

I do think that it is the best decision we have made as children do pick up on your moods, and lets face it everyday when you get home from work and there's countless letters on your doormat and no end of messages on your phone it just depresses you. I don't want to say mum doesn't feel well anymore or got a headache or stomach ache and thats why I go to bed early or sit there crying it's just not the things I want her to remember. I want her to say when she's older she had a happy childhood and at the moment I'm not giving her what she deserves.

trina x

Maybe at the moment we feel like this, but just think when we can go out and look forward to spending OUR money on the little things just for them. I know today was bad and I never want to be like this again in front of him.

Have a nice weekend and speak to you soon
