Hi steve, so sorry to hear of your bad luck but as others have said maybe they aren't a good company to work for and being totally unreasonable too, i wish you luck with finding a employer who will welcome someone with your driving experience.

Hi Steve

Dont bother grovelling to these people for a job, I know youre desperate but what the hell. I was so desperate for my job (locum) that I stood for being bullied and my life was hell, during this time I was probably the worst mother in the world for my kids. There are other ways mate, other methods of geting out of ****e street when all around seems to be closing in. Things happen for the best sometimes, although it might not feel like it. Youre worth more than that, please dont let this affect your relationship with OH. Sit down, hsve a good think and make another plan, I know its easier said than done when youre stressed out of your head. I dont know your cicumstances but I know how scary heading towards financial hell can be. Go BR if you have to and claim some benefits. Take the strain off yourself and give yourself time to rethink, retrain if needed. Life is for living, not for existing. Everything you may lose can be replaced, your self respect and a good relationship with your OH is priceless.

Good luck.
LILY

Steve if I had a four leafed clover it would be in the post to you. Surely your run of bad luck must end soon. Were you bad in a previous life???

Hi

Have found some long term on-going work. Its 20 mile away and the money is terrible, its over 7 days and they dont even pay a weekend rate or overtime rate. But seen as there is nothing else and i have to pay the bills I dont have much choice. Atleat it will keep me teid over until something does eventually come along.

As for the exhaust, well I took it to kwik fit with the intention of them telling me where it was blowing from so i could just gun gum it until I could afford to replace it, but they had a look and said something was loose so they tightened it for me and it cost me a grand total of NOTHING!! So I was very happy. Don't think there as bad as some people make out really.

Steve, that's better news. At least you can look for something else at your leisure. Good news about the car as well. I like those sort of bills!

Wow Steve, something for free, you must have charmed them! Glad you found some work, sounds horrendous, but it'll give you a bit of cash. Hope something better comes along soon. X

A glimmer of good news at last Steve. If bad luck comes in 3's as they say (or more sometimes!!) then it must surely be the same with good news as well so fingers crossed for you.

Regards.
