ive sent a response to, what details do i give to my direct debits to get them moved accross I have 8 direct debits

sent another reply still doesnt make sense how you setup a direct debit without a sort code and 8 digit account number

You will have to cancel your direct debits and once you have your new pre-paid card you will need to set up within the bill payment facility the details to your existing direct debit supplier. See email that I have just sent to you.

From FAQ it says:

What do I need to do when I receive my card?

You must sign your xxxxxx Card as soon as it is received. You must then activate it before you can access your account or any funds can be loaded. You can activate your card by following the instructions on the card when you receive it.
