The negative comment was probably from me! I used them for a month and then cancelled the account - I begrudged the £12.50 as I've only got a couple of direct debits so they didn't exactly do a lot for the money! I couldn't manage without internet banking, especially as you can't get a balance from a cashpoint and the text message balance was costing me each time as Vodafone charged me. I also found they customer service a pain as it was impossible to get through.
That's just my opinion as I know it works for a lot of people, and each to their own. I am happy with my Co-op and Nationwide accounts, but you have to to do what is right for you.
Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is the present - a gift to make the most of.
