Hi
Blair Endersby are a good IVA provider but i advise all people contemplating an IVA to speak with two or three companies and to go with the one that they feel comfortable with.

Hi Esther and Welcome to the forum,

Andy is correct, we always advise that people speak to at least 2-3 debt solution companies. This narrows down any ill advice and will give assurance whether or not an IVA is best for you.

Could you post some more information such as: How much your estimated unsecured debt is? Who your creditors are? and your disposable income amount?

Best Regards. IVA Experts

NOT SURE ABOUT THESE IVA'S NEVER HAD TO DO THIS BEFORE BUT I AM NOW BEGINNIN SOME STRONG ADVICE, ALSO ALL MY PAYMENTS ARE UPTO DATE.

Good evening,

Always try and talk to at least three different companies so that you can get an idea that you are receiving the correct advice to suit your own personal circumstances.

An IVA would work for you probably, but do make sure that you will be able to afford the repayments. If your debts are lower than £15,000 a DMP might be more preferable for you.
