In bankruptcy the court will manage these creditors for you, perhaps it would be best to make steps towards bankruptcy, at least then you would have some closure in sight on this.

Ahh
I must admit i didn't have a call from them i just got a letter from the solcitor to state they wanted to put a charge on the property and i had 7 days to pay them £23,000!!!
Obviously couldn't pay but i had made up my mind to go bankrupt.
I agree with the other experts i think it is time to cut your losses and start the proceedings. You will feel much better.
I must say also that it does not surprise me them spying as they did the same with me - when will they learn!!!!
I for one would welcome them actually standing up and saying something publically without lurking in the background

I am sure Skip banks with them - she will let you know though and she has been made bankrupt - mine is with Nationwide!

I was allowed to keep my Lloyds TSB account but the only problem is I can only have a cash card which can only be used at Lloyds TSB cash points. For that reason I have switched to Nationwide who have been really good.

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is the present - a gift to make the most of.

You poor thing, its horrible when you feel this way but just hang on in there. BR would stop all this nasty stuff that is going on right now and no matter how you try to address the problems the creditors will continue to hound you as they phone everyone who is not making full payments to them, its nothing personal and yes you will have to explain over and over again if you decide to answer the call.

Personally I would write to them all and refuse to enter into a verbal discussion. If certain creditors are spying on the site, let them, they will not read any good things here as more and more people who owe them money go for BR. If you change your laneline and mobile number and go XD it wont feel so bad, I promise.

I have found that its easier to maintain a dialogue by letter, I reply to all of my creditors, thankfully they are not spies like yours though, I hope!!!

I am not too sure about your circumstances but if you can see a better day by going BR then do it ASAP. At the end of the day the creditors took a gamble on you and lost, they cant be reasonable, so stuff em. You do not owe them your life or for that matter the well being of your son. I really do understand how you feel, I was just like that ten months ago when I first came here. I couldnt stop shaking when I went into my new bank and opened a basic account and I was in tears by the time I came out. I just didnt want to wake up every day and really wasnt coping as a mom at that time. How unfair I was being to my children as all I did was cry, something had to give. The only thing that could give was my guilt about owing money, now I just accept I am a debtor and cannot pay and I am able to live with it and smile.

I know I am doing my best to address the problem and refuse to allow these people to drag the life out of me any more, they cannot have what I cannot give, I dont expect them to be happy about it. I had a letter this morning asking me to pay 3507 pounds to delay any court action, its the tenth one I have had and no action has been taken, why??? Cos they know I am doing my best and thats all you can do.

all the best
