I have just this minute received an email from GT closure team saying and I quote
' I am pleased to advise that your IVA has been successfully closed today, and you will be issued with a copy of your final report and CoC in the next few days'
I do believe a hell yeah is in order about now.....
Many thanks to Laura who took hold of this last week and has kept to her word and got it sorted for me [:D]

Congratulations. Hopefully mine won't be far behind since Karol got involved last week.
I'm just waiting for closures to explain just what 'in due course' means in term of a timescale...
congratulations on finally getting closure on your iva. How did you manage this as i have emailed GT 3 times now with no reply and when i try to speak to the magical closure team they are not available to speak to me.
To be honest John1782 I spent a month emailing every other day and calling twice a week asking for information. I also said that I would complain to the governing body if I didn't get a detailed time frame.
no this is the thing that is annoying i cannot get any contact details from the customer services team to email them directly and find out what status my file is. To even be told something is better than nothing
