I am in section 4 on the paper forms. It makes it complicated cos we have a 2nd charge as well!

I think if we add the secured lending together and take it away from the value of the house, it leaves a deficit of about £21,000, I think this is the net amount owing as it is our debt

I think we’ll put this down????

We have no printer so have to use the paper forms!!!!

Ooos I was right! I totally mucked that section up!!! I didnt read the question properly and didn't put the house value in column B! Should I phone the OR's office and correct it? Because the way my form looks it seems that I dont owe anything on my mortgage or secured loan (I wish!!!)

Dont worry too much about making an error, I forgot the 3k redemption on my mortgage product, but OR said not a problem and to get a redemption statement from mortgage company, I am sure they will understand mistakes are made.

Jane are you filling the forms in online or paper copies??

Thanks for everyone’s help, we think we have just about got it sorted!!!!!! We’ll just put down the most recent figures we have.

Why are these forms so complicated!!!

God, if we were so good at maths, we would not be going bankrupt!! Haha

I just hope its accepted and then I’ll explain to OR that if there are any mistakes, it was because we did not fully understand the forms! Ooops!

Bet I don’t sleep tonight!!!!!!!!!

Best thing to do Jane is when the clerk is going through your forms, ask her if you have put down correct information. If you haven't (but sure you have) then she'll correct it there and then. Good luck for tomorrow and i'll be thinking of you. x

The OR's office number is 02920381300 if you need it before your meeting.

Take care
