Let's say we are up too late.

Melanie, I'm happy to let you have the wording I use (and Mike for that matter) on the understanding that if you think of something better you'll let me know.

Interested? Send me a private e-mail and I'll get it to you Wednesday.

I got a letter from Integrity yesterday, it's the first one I have had but in these days of Data Protection I don't think the register should be so easily accessible, it certainly should not have our adresses on there.

I agree, why should our details be issued and made public???
It's known that individual's details can be held for years before it is used fraudulently. What's to say in the future we will not have a massive identidy fraud linked to registers like this which freely gives out the details of members of the public???
I think it has already been suggested that the register be locked and only viewed by individuals/companies who pay a fee to have the privilege. Credit Reference Agencies charge you to view your own credit file so why can't there be something in place for the insolvency register?
Another case of the powers that be telling us to protect our identities but then making it possible for unscrupulous individuals and groups to obtain enough information to use it to their advantage!!!!
It's nice to be back......
