Good evening wonderful forum members i have a hypothetical question-hope someone answers [:)]
i may get a tiny amount of overtime-maybe just 2 days a year. what i was wondering was say when i make my iva payment do you send the overtime payment amount at the same time-i probably sound bit of an idiot !
i dont want to keep bothering my ip with nonsense as shes been very good to me already.
i take my iva very seriously and want to do everything properly. any ideas ? [:)]

You only need to send overtime money in if it exceeds more than 10% of the basic figure you disclosed for income in your IVA proposal - and then you only need to send 50% of the balance which exceeds that. If the figure is lower than this, it is yours to keep - so there is a little incentive to work moderate levels of overtime if it is available.

And don't worry about troubling your IP. She is getting paid for administering your case, and that is what she is there for!
