HSBC, HBos, Santander and RBS are the main ones, but they also have Intelligent Finance and M&S.

You don't need to impress TIX, but simply give them your very best offer of repayment.

hi caraf -

I remember you posted last weekend saying that your IVA Proposal was due from your IP / IVA Provider early this week. That is a long delay - have you asked them what is going on???

I am advised that DFD have confirmed that they are prepared in readiness for TIX accreditation, but there is no formal confirmation in place. This company are by far the largest volume producer of IVAs in this country, so it does make some sense for them to be fully involved in any new process being suggested.

TIX have publicly stated that they do not exercise favouritism to any particular firm of IPs, so I cannot see that this would bring you any real advantage, and as I said accreditation is not yet available from TIX.

What will put you in a favourable position with this particular creditor representative is presenting a TIX compliant IVA, with expenditure listed in line with CCCS guidelines, and a payment level that you can really afford and believe can be sustained in the long term.

Your IP will be able to tell you all of the pointers which TIX will require to see in your proposal, as there are too many to list in detail in a forum post.
