hi everyone thanks for the support, i am officially BR as of 10.35 this morning, and believe me it is not as bad as you think, the judge bit was all over within 10 mins for both of us and he actually congratulated my husband and i for doing everything humanly possible and said the creditors will regret the day they rejected my iva, he congratulated us also on the start of our new life, is how he put it, i was scared when i first seen him as he looked like rumpole of the bailey, he was very old school but human and wished us the best for our future, we were sent straight away to the OR office also in liverpool for a preliminary interview and will have a face to face next week with the OR for 3 hours as it is 2 of us, i am so relieved it is now over and my creditors can no longer touch me.

thanks everyone again for your kind words and support, as skippy says onwards and upwards.

kerri, I hope all went well for you today.
You and your hubby did the very best you could for your family and yourselves. You can now face a debt-free future. Sleep well tonight. It's been awhile since you've had restful sleep.

Now, as for that helmet (smile)pass it along to another debt warrior. Hmmmm, you're no longer my sister in debt. I need to coin a new phrase now (smile).

Take care, kerri and Jack.

Glad it went well Kerri. You have done the right thing, and it sounds as the the judge had a lot of common sense with what he said about your IVA. Tonight you can relax and have a good night's sleep.
