Hi Kerri,

I am so please for you that it went well, and hope your interview goes your way, i agree with the judge that the creditors are silly not to accept your IVA now they will get nothing which i still find hard to understand the system they use. As had they accept my variation then they could have some return but never mind all is done.

with pleasure suzz you can have my helmet!!
hope it is as good to you as it has been to me!

thanks again everybody, been a very long day and also had to face 2 footie matches tonight after all that, (sons and l'pool) poor hubby flaked out now with all the goings on of today.

i do have piece of mind now in regards to the creds, they can;t touch me lol

the only one thing that worried me was the day before we were going BR we received a deepest sympathy card through the post, our family name on it and our address, saying thinking of you, may and cyril, one no one had died and 2 i don't know anyone called may or cyril, how eerie or what?

That is kinda strange - maybe its the creditors last ditch attempt to to play with your mind - I wouldnt put it past them! File it somewhere - just incase you need it for evidence if it re-occurs. Look on the bright side though, you can keep it a as a momentum of the day you finally buried your debts!:-)

Very eerie to receive a sympathy card from strangers.
Hmmm, careful, could be a debt collectors scam (smile).
After what I have gone through with them I have a very low regard for them and their chosen profession.

Careful, kez...you never know (smile).

No surely even they wouldnt stoop that low,but to be honest i wouldnt put any thing past some firms.
I meen if they can terorrise people on the phone and intimadate people in there own homes, who no's what other scare mongering they will plot to try and ring money out of us.
Hope it didnt upset you kerri hopefuly there is a logical explanation for it.
