Just got home and thought Id pop on to say thanks for all you luck today it seems it payed off. My Iva was approved with only slight mods. My biggest creditor Egg asked for another £20.00 a month, I said I would go with that, Halifax however asked for a large increase (my ip didnt say how much) but as I had yes form over 75% of my creditors they rejected that from them and it didnt matter. Noe paying 421 a month on debts of 55k ish. Heres how the votes went.
Egg-Yes slight mod
Lloyds Yes
Goldfish Yes
Marbles Yes
Halifax Yes but wanted more and didnt need theyre vote by this time so rejected theyre offer.
Nobody said No and

Next, Choice, Barclaycard ,MBNA (Virgin the biggest pain in the arse and company that have harassed me the most didnt even bother!!)Didnt bother to vote
I think theyre going to get around 31p in the pound back so that seemed good enough for them.
My expenditure allowances were monthly.
Rent 350
Housekeeping 140
Clothes 25
Personal Hygiene (dentists, eyes haircuts???) 20
Petrol 60
Phone 35
Life Insurance 20
Car Ins 50
Contingency 50
8 Annual membership to affiliated body (ins for coaching sports)

I cant tell you how relieved I am just got to wait for the report and my 1st payment will be taken on Monday!

Thanks
Nic

Interesting that MBNA didn't vote, they are one of my creditors. A little worried that Halifax wanted a bigger chunk more, they are my main creditor (65% of my total).

Huge congratulations to you [:)][:)]

I only had about 3k with Halifax which was about 3.5% of my toatl debt. Gladly because they werent a main creditor my ip rejected their offer of a big increase with no consequence to the outcome.
I recieved a letter today from a company called Evershed saying that Max Recovery had bought my debt form MBNA on the 16th Nov, so obviously this is why they didnt vote? It just make you wonder how much my debt was sold for , as Max recovery will get 31p in the pound back- wonder if they paid that much or are making a profit out of my stupidity!!
Nic xx
