Hey Mum-of-Three

That is absolutely fab-tastic news...bet you're jumping for joy....go on sit and eat more chocolate in your super-duper clean house and relax at the thought that you are now on the path to financial freedom.

Whats your IVA details?

How many creditors, what do you owe in total and what p in the £ are you paying back?

Just being nosey and trying to find out what/how many peoples situation sounds similar to mine!!!

Again, lots of congrats!! x

thanks everyone! Im so relieved its unreal!!
and debt attack you're not being nosey at all:)
I owe £19100, there is 12 creditors (catalogues, visas, overdraft, storecards, loan). I will be paying back £150pcm and it is 45p in the £. I will be paying back to the creditors £9000 and just over £4000 to IP.

I am bit confused. On the figures you quote the dividend would be about 25p in the £ as less than £5k goes to creditors of £19100. To achieve 45p in the £ would require additional payments of nearly £4k. Where is this money coming from?

Well all it says in the proposal is obviously the £9000 from the £150pcm for 5 years and then the remaining £4100 to be released from equity in month 54. Although we should be in a situation (from parents) in year 3 to offer a F&F.
