NO!..your IVA payments will have been agreed. Don't worry about a small fund as Melanie suggests. I'm doing the same - getting my car serviced and other bits and pieces before I enter into agreement anytime before Xmas!. Good luck!

No, you don't have to pay them over, that's your contingency fund for a while.

It really depends on the amount that you have saved up to be frank. I would say that anything below £1,000 can be rightfully kept as a contingency fund, but more than that should be declared and paid over as cash at bank.

Me too!

Hoping our proposal arrives tomorrow, or early next week.

I don't think we will be paying anything this month. We will save it for our first IVA payment (fingers crossed).
