told I have a missold iva, is this correct

i have had a call to say i have been missold an iva and should do voulentary bankruptcy order is this correct

If you are happy with your IVA then thats all you need to know.
Some companies contact you and tell you that you have been "mis-sold" usually they will then offer to help you file for bankruptcy for a fee.

Don't listen to them, they are just after your money. You have not been miss sold anything. They just prey on the vulnerable.

Have a look for the IVA council on here you'll find plenty of negative feedback on their practices.
We're willing to wipe the slate clean, give you a fresh start. All that we're asking in return is your cooperation.

And welcome to the Foum. This is just another way of cold calling to drum up business ... companies are even doing to to drum up business for IVAs now ... I had one the other day, the after my IVA had been completed!

So, unless you are in any way unhappy with your IVA, just ignore it the same as you would a double glazing salesman!

I quite agree with all the previous posts, if you have no trouble with your IVA then just ignore the calls and any letters that come from these firms. They are just after business and will charge you a fortune!
