Hi Julia

I spoke to my contact at your IP's firm, and his advice is to contact your case manager and complete a new income and expenditure summary detailing yours and your partner's earnings, any other income, and a full list of your expenditure detailing who pays for what - and clearly explaining the amount that you require to set aside for your daughter's education.

Please do this as soon as you can, and then let us know the outcome.
Regards, Melanie Giles, Insolvency Practitioner

Hi julia - when you save the document on office 2007 click save as and from the save as type dropdown you can select older copies of word ie 97-2003 document

You can still view in Office 2007 but you will also be able to see it on older versions of office

You would need to redo your income and expenditure account and submit to your IP for their advice. Your case manager is waiting to discuss this with you, and can I urge you to do this as a matter of priority next week.

Give them a ring and ask for the e-mail address of your case manager.
