No - but I don't want to mention names on this site. If you want to e-mail me to my website - I can confirm the person you need to speak to.

Hi Julia ... it makes you feel like that sometimes, the whole journey does your head in, I feel mentally and emotionally exhausted at times ... but hang on in there, it will all turn out ok.

After two years in the IVA, I actually felt like I was getting somewhere until now, I feel like I am at square one as there is no way I can pay 1000 pounds from the 320 I was paying.

well we've told our daughter and hopefully she can learn from this. we've put her on a budget as well giving her pocket money, so she knows that when thats gone its gone. Hopefully this will put her in good stead for the future, don't ever want her to go through what we are at moment. Hopefully if its all accepted, we will be onwards and upwards [:)]

There are no formal time limits - but it is only generally realistic to extend by up to one year.

Thanks Melanie for your help.I have emailed you and feel more confident now that you have helped me.
I run up the debt and wish to pay it all off. A lot of it I feel were charges because I buried my head in the sand. I just hope I can come to some arrangement with my iva company asap.
