hi i have been in a iva for 5 years payed my last payment end of june they said thats it all finished waiting for letter to confirm then they rang me you owe £166 paid that now they rang me saying i have not payed a payment holiday i took they want £300 if i dont pay by 2 weeks they said my iva will fail were do i stand because they have told me twice i dont owe any more money hope this makes sense

Hi

If it is outstanding then pay it so that your IVA concludes. Try to get something in writing/email confirming that £300 will be the final payment

Pretty poor service but Andy is correct, pay it but only after you get something in writing confirming this will conclude your end of the iva.
