I assume Ip's have a list of people to contact at various companies who vote on IVA's,to try and persuade then to vote?
Is it as simple as that,an IP phones and says my client is offering you a good amount, please take it?

Paul

I've no idea on that Paul.

I'm sure Mel will be on and tell us later.

I am sure hoping that they can get the votes in!!!

In the meanwhile I have been tortured by Sygma bank - I have had in excess of 15 calls today - 5 of which were made while I was tesco for an hour doing my shopping.
I have called them to remove my mobile no from their records and have told them if they continue to ring me this amount of time I will report them.

It is strange, because the firm you are using are also one of the main creditor voting agencies and it is quite rare to find a case these days where they do not vote for at least one of the lenders included. But I know it is in good hands, so perhaps a little more patience is required to get that result at the end of the day.
