Well the dreaded day will be here tomorrow, at 9am rob gets his call from the OR so I am preparing for a sleepless night. We have all the forms etc and will put them out on the kitchen table for when they phone. Not sure who is phoning as we have spoken to three different people. We sent all the relevant documents to them on saturday and I put in a letter explaining that if I hadn't repaired our car then it would have been unroad worthy and worth only about £1000 aslo put in receipt so I am hoping they will see that I have an interest in ther car.
I hope everyone is ok and I will let you know what happens ( I am preparing for the worst)
thanks guys for listening to me waffle on
jayne

Hi jayrob, I will be thinking of you tomorrow, as will everyone else I would think. I am sure it will be ok. Fingers crossed that they listen about the car.

I couldn't do their job, I would just want to give everyone what they wanted, but then I always was a soft touch!

Hoping everything goes well for you jayne, hopefully, the OR will realise the importance of the car in Rob's employment. Try not to worry, what will be will be,

Good luck for tomorrow both. Hopefully the car will be ok and it will all settle down for you then and you can relax and start to get yourself back on track.
Big hug from me too.

Just think Jayne, by tomorrow tea time it will all be over and you can crack open a bottle of Pepsi to celebrate.

Will be thinking of you :)

I'll be thinking of both of you Jayne, hope it's all good news about the car etc. You'll feel so much better when it's over, not long, keep sane! Viki X

Hi jayrob

In October 1995 I was declared Bankrupt in Gloucester and then had a face to face meeting with the OR.

I had a car, then valued at £1,500, that I needed to drive the 15 miles to work each day.

The OR accepted that was reasonable, and I was allowed to keep the car.

Hope ths helps, and all the best for tomorrow.

Wishing you all the best for the telephone interview tomorrow jayne and Rob.
I hope they let you keep the car as you have invested a lot of money in it recently and thats the reason for the current value.
Thinking of you for tomorrow
