Oh my goodness!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Melanie got it through for us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Full& Final IVA accepted!!!! 1 creditor didn't accept,1 didn't vote the rest accepted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I felt so ready to go BR, but thanks to Melanie(and my Mum & Dad) we've got a 2nd chance to get straight now! both rather choked up at the moment, tears, can't quite believe it! I've rang Mum & Dad,they're in B&Q,Mum in floods of happy tears, bless her.

We've got to pay Mum & Dad back so it'll be just like a normal IVA for us(hubby's wage have dropped,so a 5yr IVA wasn't viable,we were looking at BR without Mum &Dad).

Kall, i'm very happy to hear,"i told you so" you said,"Melanie doesn't do the F word", woo!

ZZalsnp, wonderful news for you too! can you believe it? I can't! have a wonderful day,hug x

Julie, take hope from these posts, hang on in there. I will pray for you,big hug x

Thankyou to Melanie Giles our IP,Kall kept telling me you don't do the "F" word, thankyou from the bottom of our hearts.thankyou to all your team,Tina - all that extra telephone support really made a difference,to Darryl- coping with my husbands frantic email& calls about the fax machine that kept playing up,and to Claire- who was so professional& helpful.

A BIG,BIG hug& thankyou to all who've helped & supported us over the last few months to this point, it isn't only words, you've touched us and made a difference xx

I am sitting at home a little choked as well! I knew last night that it was probably going to be accepted, and I so wanted to pick the phone up and call you, but we could not tempt fate. Well done to all of you - including your very generous parents - as I know how very much this all means to you. Now you have the chance to focus entirely on the kids, and looking after yourselves. Very well done!

So pleased for you Rosepetal, when Mel put forward my F & F last autumn she did not allow me to have a plan B either, very scary, but worth the sleepless nights. Move forward now with hope
F & F Accepted 19th Oct 2010

Reading all these posts has made me very tearful - am nine months into our IVA and although things are extremely tight it is still nice to know that no one is telephoning constantly or threatening letters are going to be waiting when I get home from work. I read this forum every night - is that a bit obsessive - I don't know but sometimes feel so alone as I have told none of my friends as I feel so ashamed -so when I read about people that are also in the same position I don't feel so bad. Today is a bad day but I am also mindful that we are still in a much better position that we were this time last year.

Melanie, if we could get our hands on you we'd be giving you a big hug and a big kiss ha!

we sat up until 2am watching films, just couldn't settle.
Kall, your " I told you so!" is music to my ears, i could hug you too!

Melanie, my hubby & I talked so much, we were ready to face BR,now we don't need to, thankyou so very much,we now got the chance to move forward. our son had his passing out parade in October,i haven't felt able to get my hubby to put the pictures up, i was so sure we'd have to go the BR route...gues what hubby's doing tomorrow? yes, lol! putting them up for me[:D]

Ned, scary position to be in eh? Susie, you hang on in there, i know how it feels to be reading a post like mine - it feels like you'll never get ther, you reall will x
Alfie Moon, hi, yes i understand, getting the IVA through is a part of it,the next is paying it off. i don't doubt that things will be hard for us paying Mum and Dad but it's sooo much better than dealing with the awful contact with creditors. I realised this morning how much i wanted to stay here in our home. keep posting if you're feeling low,big hug, you're not alone x

this still feels a bit un real,i said to my hubby,"if this is a dream and anyone wakes me up i'll thump them!" lol

the "very well done!" must go to you Melanie, thankyou x
