Dominic, I am really pleased for you, congratulations!

Roll on 3.30 tomorrow and i will know too. Did they want you to change anything and if so what?...or did they just accept it as it was?

Also did you say that lloyds was your biggy? Did they (or someone acting on their behalf) vote?

Nothing was changed approved as is. And Lloyds is the biggy for me yes. I will find out who voted and how when i get the paperwork through I guess and I will let you know.

LLoyds represent at least 55% of my debt so they must have voted.

Thanks all. Lloyds is about 45% for me..owe them around £29K....so i need their yes vote....total debt is around £64K..there are 7 other creditors but after lloyds they range from 12% downwards....the deal is 29p to £. I will post tomorrow as soon as i know.....having a nice glass of wine now to chill out...not feeling too bad at the mo......feeling optimistic but a little nervous but not too bad.....keep thinking bankruptcy is £0 so an iva makes sense to creditors....least i have tomorrow off work and the weekend to recover...be it good or bad news.
