You may be right Dominic,some creditors may only vote if they are going to say NO and just don,t bother if they see it as acceptable.
My IVA was agreed some three years ago and everyone voted,it may be because of the number of IVAs now being processed that most creditors focus on the cases that they do not want to accept.
