I'm I too late for IVA, my property will have a warrant put on it probably within the next week, I've been to court twice and the judge ruled yesterday that unless there was a legal reason why I should stay in the property they ruled against the applicant, me.

Hi Julie and welcome.

An expert should be able to answer this for you. But you have come to the right place [:)]

Hi julie and welcome to the forum

An IVA will not stop the action against your property unfortunately, but if you have other unsecured debt you are struggling to service this could help. Can you post a little more information about your circumstances so that we can see if we can suggest options to you.
