Finally signed my soa and sent it back to Vincent bond today. Didn't have all the info I neded just waiting on my house valuation and a few statments but at least it will get the ball rolling. So scared it will bnot be excepted don't know what we would do!!!. Dreading the calls coming now we have never missed a payment before. [:(]

Hi Neveragain,
Take courage and be strong, you have already done the hardest bit by making the initial phone call. I was in the same position as you and at that point had never missed any payments. Yes the phone calls are a real nuisance but they do not go on forever and the knowledge that you have faced up to the reality of life is a good place to be, remember your IP would not put forward a proposal unless they expected creditors to accept. Please keep posting and let us know how you get on.

Hi never-again, you have done the hardest bit by contacting VB and gathering what you can, let VB do their work and you just supply the missing paperwork as required. Unfortunately, the calls will start but it's up to you how you deal with them, some posters choose to ignore them and others answer them all. I was in your position that I had never missed a payment prior to the IVA and found it difficult to begin with but I didn't make any token payments and built myself a contingency fund up. All the best I'm sure VB will do their best by you. x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
