really pleased that your IP is trying to pull this forward for you - if you have already supplied everything that is required then I would hope your creditors meeting can be mid January - the christmas period will unfortunately put a small delay in the mix but hopefully it will be over soon for you.

That sounds positive Liantr - I really hope they can bring it forward to January to give you peace of mind...and if it all goes quiet don't be afraid to chase them up!

Hope the sleeping improves soon :-)

Just keep asking them for a date liantr.

Have you got anything from the GP to help you sleep? I have various things wrong and now have found a dose of amitryptiline that helps me sleep.

Hi Liantr

I am with RSM Tenon and have got nothing but good things to say about them.

I had my meeting this morning and they phoned to give me the good news of a yes.

I found them really professional and extremly quick with everyting and everything was explained to me really well. They even arranged for a courier to collect my signed proposal to avoid any delays.

You are in good hands.

Good Luck with everything you have done the hardest part now by admitting your problem and gathering your info.

Hi. I am also with Tenon. So far they have been great -- in the middle of my first review, so will see how that goes. My only gripe is no named contact after the proposal is accepted, as it then goes to the supervisory department. However, to date, I have had no significant problems, they are very professional and helpful.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Any bumps in the iva road can be unsettling but you and RSM Tenon are doing all you can - so please try to relax a little and enjoy Christmas. I've wasted so much time worrying about things that never happen, but I never learn! I can count on three things - death, taxes and me worrying!
