Hi Esther
start a new topic and post as much info as you can about the debts who they are and how much your income if you own a home and every one will advise you. Dont do anything or part with any money to anyone until you are sure of what you are doing .

Hi Esther

It may be better to try a couple of different insolvency practices to see if you get similar advice. You will generally warm to the one you find the most helpful on the telephone, who does not try to sell you a particular product bu just gives advice on all options - and there should be no need to pay them any money until a proposal has been prepared for you.
