hi shezha

welcome to the forum.

you have come to a great place for support and advice!

i can only go on my own personal experience, but our ip is melanie giles from philip gill and co, she is a expert that regularly posts on here and is highly regarded by other members too! she and her team were fantastic with us from the first telephone call to the iva approval and even now if we should have any kind of worry at all they are only at the end of the phone!

good luck with your iva journey!

love barb x

I went with Accuma (what a mistake) but i'd go with what Barb has said.

Melanie is on this forum all the time (on holiday at the moment tho)

Wish i had gone with someone like her instead one of the IVA "factories" lol

Hello Shezha. Where did you read the horror stories? Go to www.iva.com and read the reviews there. Then choose Melanie Giles [;)] You may think I am being biased but I sincerely want you to get the best advice and the best IP [:)]
My thanks to Melanie and her team :)

shezha -

Just to add a different perspective - I am with one of the larger IVA Providers and they have been absolutely BRILLIANT. It is only my personal experience - but ask around for yourself and see who you feel happiest with.
47 months completed - 13 months to go.

Try the comparrison site for reviews.

We went on recommendation and are with a small local firm, did not find this site until after our IVA. We are happy with our IP though we are only 3 months in.

Good luck,

Kirsty

I have gone with Melanie and they have been so supportive - not there yet but can just now hand things over as they come in and they will deal. Also they have been totally non judgemental and help me put a realistic I & E together. I feel confident that I will be able to speak to any of the team of the course of the IVA and still get the same service.

I am with PayPlan and have just finished my first year. Overall, I am very happy with their service. However, Melanie Giles and her team come highly recommended.

I am with Accuma and don't recommend them. Communication is non existent. Staff are rude.

If I could turn back the clock I would go with Melanie Giles.

We're with Payplan and we are quite happy with them. They explained everything to us every step of the way.
