As you can see, we have just over 14 motnhs left in our IVA (13 months after Wednesday).

Anyways, I am sure that in the past i have seen some posts on here about having to do a review just as your IVA is coming to its end - or maybe I am imagining things. Our next (and final) annual review is due around December, but because we had an extension our IVA doesn't finish until next July.

Will we be expected to do another review in July?

We are with DFD (forgot to add at the beginning).

Yes - you should have a review in July as normal.

aww Thanks. We are so looking forward to finishing.

When a review takes place at the end of an IVA is there a chance that we might have to pay anymore?

Sorry Flow as I didn't see your question.
There is a review at the end of the IVA to make sure all bonuses etc were paid. Depending on the modifications such as minimum dividend requirements it is possible the IVA could be extended but you would normally be aware of this in advance. Usually the IVA ceases after the last payment.

Hi Flow
Michael is spot on, once the final review takes place, generally the IVA ends unless there is specific modifications.
Let me know if you would like me to look into this for you.

Thanks

Whats expected in the final review? is it a case of 5 years worth of bank statements and payslips to be produced or is it like a normal review with then the last 4 you have already had collated etc?

Cheers ears
