Well its coming up to 8 months and I was promised nearly three weeks ago by Karol that I would have it???

I have phoned twice and left a message with Karol and I still have faith in her but not in the closures Team. They have not answered my Complaint to them and just ignore me!!!!!!

Come on GT let me put some good news on here about you????[:0][:X]

Markiboy, have you already sorted out your PPI? If not I suspect you may be seeing a massive U-Turn from GT.

I hope you receive it very soon. GT are getting a bashing by many posters and deservedly so. They may not have issue the certificates yet but a reply to an email doesn't take long and it's common courtesy.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

No PPI opted out. If they call me I will not play. I will not sign or help in anyway. Just please give me my CC!!!!! It will be 6 years in June therefore hopefully everything will drop off my credit file!!!

Hi Markiboy--- I am afraid no play = no CC.
Eventually the IVA could be failed for non-compliance and it would be a waste of the last half decade for the sake of trying to make a point :-(

IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

And unfortunately the IVA only drops off after 6 years if you have the CC is what I believe. Let's hope GT get there act together very soon. Karol - hint, hint, some perspective from GT is long overdue

Afraid not. IVA will be removed from file only if it is after 6 years from its acceptance and the record is marked as completed by the CRA. Otherwise it will sit there indefinitely.
IVA Completed!

Final payment made November 2011.

CoC received 12/10/12.
