It depends which regulatory body your IP is with. The Insolvency Practitioners Association is on 0207 623 5108. The Institute of Chartered Accountants is contactable on 0131 347 0100.

If it is neither of these find out from your IP who their regulatory body is and look up their website.

Hope you get your concerns addressed - do make sure you have followed your IP's internal complaints procedure in full first though.
