Hello,i've been on an IVA for 8 months and have just received a letter from a comany called Carrington Enright regarding a legal matter,i have googled this company and there isn't alot of info. on them, though one other person on an IVA has received the same letter, does anyone know if this is some kind of IVA scam and should i contact them.Thankyou.
Depends upon what they are saying -- if it is along the lines of "Your IVA has been mis-sold and we can get you debt free in 12 months" .. then, basically, yes, it is a scam of sorts -- they will be offering to make you bankrupt ( for a fee, of course).
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014
Ignore them recently registered company with only £100 assets they definately trying for a fast buck scheme at best they gonna charge you to to refer your case to another company.

"We would be grateful if you would call us as we have matters to discuss with you concerning a legal issue. The matters we have to discuss may benefit you financially" Then a Freephone number is given.
We've received one to from this company. It says to contact them "concerning a legal matter that you should be aware of. This matter does not refer to debt collection or payment protection insurance." There is no company address but the post mark was S****horpe. I'm not ringing them. As it has been said, if it's important, they will contact us again properly.
