Hi Tony333 - welcome to the forum :-)

Sorry to read of the frustrations you are having. Karol from Grant Thornton posts on here regularly and will hopefully pick up your post and get on the case for you.

Hope you get the matter resolved asap so you can put it all behind you. Best wishes.

Hi tony3333

Try emailing the closures team direct 'iva.closures@uk.gt.com' or 'ivacustomerservices@uk.gt.com putting only 'IVA Forum' in the heading.

This has worked for me and many others in the past. You will get a reply but you will need to wait at least 48hrs most times.

I have got the best results this way.

Hope this helps.

Hi tony3333 and welcome to the forum I am also with grant thornton and paid my last payment in august 2012 and I am still waiting for my completion certificate I did email them 10 days ago and I got a reply back from them today saying as you know there has been a delay in passing your case to our closure team however I wish to advise that I have now added your case to our system and I will ensure its treated as a priority due to the delays you have already experienced they also said this process usually takes 6 months however we will aim to have this closed within the next 3 months now.
Last payment made August 2012 Certificate of Completion recieved 15th of Novenber 2013.
