Hi. I started my IVA back in 2005/6. Still have no closure certificate from GT.

I have been constantly on the phone to them registering my frustration only to be told that there is a back log etc etc etc... I was promised a telephone call back ....Good job I wasnt holding my breath as 2 months on... and not a bit of communication from them!.

Until Friday when they have sent more paperwork for me to sign (which I am pretty sure I have already signed similary months ago).
