So I have blissfully been thinking that my credit report is now clear and that I have nothing to worry about - having completed my IVA in June 2013 and my defaults falling off my account. However, I didn't check my Noddle report and under 'closed accounts' it has a default from American express - dated the 30 June with zero balance, and no further information.

I have written to call credit but I am sure they will say I have to pick this up with Amex, I am so upset. I can't see through my old credit reports to see what it said previously but have requested that information from credit expert.

Just so annoyed!

It is like you are constantly punished even after it is over.

Hoping you get this cleared very soon.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
