69% have voted yes, 37% have voted no. Some haven't voted. Now it's gone to the argument/persuasion stage. [:(]

It's in the hands of Melanies team, and I can only hope that they can work the miracles they are known for. Sarah, who's dealing with it, seems to think that we *may* get it sorted in the next few days/2 weeks...

Basically, if the creditors don't approve the IVA, then BR is the only option and sod 'em.

Student loans voted no - expected
Link Financial also voted no, the w@nkers.

I'm offering 36p/£ so it's an average return. [:(]

Hi
The fact that some have not voted may help you as Sarah may be able to coax some non voters to actually vote.

Hey Robbiecat,

Have faith in Melanie and her team, they would not have taken on your case if they did not think there was a chance of acceptance.

There have been so many great comments from members of this forum about the great work they do. You are in good hands [:D]
Best Regards,

Hopefully some of the non voting creditors can be persuaded to add their agreement to the proposal thus diluting the no vote.

Fingers crossed.
Best Regards
Oliver

Not the news you wanted but it's not over yet. Melanie and her team are the best and if a positive outcome can be achieved you're in the right hands with them.

Take care Robbie and let us know as soon as.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

keep the faith RC, Who would dare say no to Melanie! I'm sure it'll all be sorted soon. Try not to worry too much, you've done all you can for now.

Not the news you wanted to hear, but let your IP work her magic now and hopefully you will receive some good news very soon.
