After making my final payment in October I have today received my CC! The final dividend was 97p compared to the projected 34p at outset, were really happy with that and feel we have done everything possible to repay our debts. We were caught up in the PJG handover so completion took a little longer but at least it's done. In all honesty the 5 years have flown by.

To be fair to Creditfix my experience has been ok. I often had to chase calls and emails to PJG and despite me sending over payslips so they could calculate uplift which we paid straight away we were still asked for additional monies at three out of four reviews. I know this opis not the experience of others so maybe we were unlucky.

We were lucky to both have promotions, bonuses and o/t which we kept 50% of so I think our IVA was easier that a lot but it will still be nice to have the extra £900 and know we no longer owe a penny (except the mortgage).

Thanks to all those on here who answered my questioned including Mel who was there when we didn't know what else to do.

Cleo - if you're reading this call Creditfix every day perseverance appears to pay dividends (no pun intended)!

Great result and good to see some positive PR for CF. Enjoy that extra cash.

Well done. Three months from final payment to Completion Certificate receipt seems very good.

Excellent! To be fair to CF their completion speed seems to be pretty good, compared to some others, even in the maelstrom of taking on the new cases.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

Congratulations and it is great that you received your cc so quickly. I hope mine comes through as quickly as that.

Do you mind me asking what you had to provide at the end? I am still chasing them to send me the final review paperwork for us to complete despite also making last payment in Oct. I'm chasing once a week so maybe I need to up my phone calls and emails.

Great news for you. What a relief! I can't wait for that day.

Thanks everyone it is a great feeling.

Cleo - I didn't send them anything but I always sent our pay slips and uplift monthly to PJG so they had everything they needed. Good luck I hope I see a positive post from you soon.
