Hi our F&F meeting is on the 27th with DFD but having read previous posts on here gave them an e-mail tuesday to see if anyone had voted yet.Well got a call back yesterday & they have & they are only waiting for the last two of our creditors to vote but even if they vote against it will be accepted as the votes already cast take it past the 75% in value required just have to wait till Wednesday so they can dot the I;s & cross the T;s then we can get our lives back on track. Also have to say that DFD have been great for us throughout our 6 year IVA ( 6 years due to the large amount that we were in debt) IVA started AUG 2010 [:D][:D][:D][8D]

Great news Fisherman and good to see your creditors are on the ball as well as DFD :-)
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

That sounds odd! I can't see why they wouldn't have told you (unless they didn't know as they hadn't done any work on it and were stalling...!)

Well done luck Fisherman.

Yessssss got the call from DFD F&F accepted time to start to plan for our future It has been a long 5 years but I have to say that DFD have been great throughout my only gripe with them would be in trying to contact them the length of time they keep you hanging on before they answer on average 45mins but when you do speak to someone they have always dealt with my problem. this F&F offer has only taken 8 weeks from my first enquiry to been accepted. Also once again thank you to everyone who posts on this forum you help & advice as been such a help[8D][8D][8D]

Congratulations Fisherman! Mine was accepted today too. 4 years in. I applied last August when with PJG and now with Creditfix but Greg has been fantastic!

congratulations to you as well worriedchick IVA was set up with an estimate with equity of paying back 61p in £ with F&F have ended up paying 34p in pound finishing just short of 5 years so 12 months at least early & that is not factoring in a further 12 months due to equtiy. just so Happy[8D][8D][8D]
