How to get best service for missold investment or how to recover frozen pension ? any idea.

You could try the pension advisory service, it's a free phone number. Investment complaints I think are usually dealt with by the FOS

The CAB can generally give good advice on these areas as well - or at least signpost you to the appropriate source of advice.
