Yesterday I received a statement from Santandar (formally Abbey) referencing my arrears. I completed 1st April and received my certificate April 16th this year. It didn't state that this had completed and showed approx £10000 arrears originally £13000.
My question is how long should I expect to keep receiving these statements after completion?

It can take a while for information to filter through in larger companies
They send statements once a year so this should be the last you will hear from them
