Thinking of letting present IVA fail and starting a new one

Looking for some advice at the moment I'm not getting on with my iva company and thinking about letting that one fail and starting over since I haven't been on it that long is this a good idea

Well it is certainly possible Dean, but I would always try and work within the existing one where you can - as creditors will be concerned to see it failing at such an early stage.

Which firm are you with, and what is causing you the angst at the moment?

Hi

Try and work out a way forward with your existing company otherwise all or most of your money that you have paid in will be lost in fees and costs.

There is also no guarantee of a new IVA being accepted
