hi just wondering how we can speed up the getting the iva completion certificate as finished paying contributions well over 16 months ago keep getting fobbed off with being told its in the last process to be sent

Last payment made August 2012 Certificate of Completion recieved 15th of Novenber 2013.

I was with Grant Thornton it took me 1 year and nearly 3 months to get my completion certificate I had literally no contact with them until I contacted them myself I sent an email to them they are supposed to give you a 6 months time frame but I never got that when I contacted them in october last year I sent an email to them they were giving me 6 months and they told me then 3 months wait for it as i was waiting so long for it i eventually got fed up and contacted the Ipa as the length of time was too long to wait and no communication with Grant Thornton I believe that the Ipa got grant Thornton to close my case a lot quicker as i got my completion certificate the next month in November 2013.
Last payment made August 2012 Certificate of Completion recieved 15th of Novenber 2013.
