We have had a letter saying we haven't complied to our iva they are missing some wage slips we have 30 days to sort it out or are iva will be terminated, what will happen ifit does.
If it does you will be back to square one with your creditors who will add back on lost interest and you will have to negotiate payment with them again.
Your employer should be able to provide copies, or your IP might be satisfied with sight of bank statements showing the deposits.
