I'm worried I'm in month 57 and no one has mentioned anything about my property, I sent paperwork at the beginning of the year regarding how much it is worth but I've heard nothing.

I'm getting worried!

My equity was not sorted out until 4 months after I had completed my 60 payments. I was told to continue with my monthly payments (which had been increased as I have to now pay all my surplus income and have lost my pay rises, thank goodness it only for 12months). I don't know why it took so long and I did have to keep chasing.

Were you asked for the documents earlier in the year or did you just send them in? Is your IVA definitely for 60 months? Mine was 6 years (72 montbs) so I didn't get asked for valuations etc util month 66.
