How long does it take to remove property restrictions from a failed IVA ?

Welcome to the forum Ann........ Not sure of the answer to your question when it relates to an iva failure. Normally with closure of an iva the restriction gets removed with the completion certificate and removal of the insolvency register. I think this maybe something you will need to address with your IP direct.
